November 28, 2017 Board Meeting Agenda Item #35 Title APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #5 TO ARCHITECT'S CONTRACT FOR THE VENICE MIDDLE SCHOOL HVAC RENOVATION AND BUILDING UPGRADES Description The scope of work for this amendment is to provide additional architectural and MEP design services for additional power and data drop revisions for Venice Middle School Building #4 in order to provide additional student testing capacity in this building. The total amount for these changes shall not exceed $3,035.00. These funds are available through the project budget. Recommendation That Amendment #5 to the Agreement dated March 1, 2016, with Harvard Jolly, Inc., for the Venice Middle School HVAC Renovation and Building Upgrades be approved as presented.
